Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The integrity of information is fundamental to the reliable operation of our business, the products and services we provide, and the trust our clients place in us. Errors in the creation, modification, transmission or deletion of information may adversely affect our clients, our operations and our ability to meet our legal and contractual obligations.

This Directive sets out the mandatory requirements that our personnel must follow to protect the integrity of our information and information assets by reducing the risk of accidental or unauthorised modification, loss or corruption of information.
