Good governance depends upon governance documentation that clearly communicates the Organisation's commitments, responsibilities and organisational requirements. To fulfil that purpose, our governance framework is founded on clear organisational commitments, authoritative publication, consistent document structure, plain English drafting and controlled terminology.

This Policy sets out our commitment to maintaining a governance framework that supports the effective direction and management of our Organisation through governance documentation that is appropriate to the nature, size, structure and activities of our business.
